I’m Ece — a certified breathwork guide who blends Mediterranean warmth with Scandinavian simplicity. After seven years of living in Sweden, I’ve found joy in uniting the soulful presence of my roots with a mindful, grounded lifestyle. I believe in the power of slowing down and finding clarity in life’s quiet moments — and I love creating that space for others through breathwork.
After 15 years in the media and tech industries, I experienced firsthand how stress can quietly impact well-being. My own journey with breathwork was life-changing — it helped me regulate my nervous system, improve my focus, and reconnect with myself. I felt inspired to share these tools with others. Today, I support individuals and teams through guided breathwork sessions designed to reduce stress, boost creativity, and bring more balance into the workday.
My area of expertise is nervous system regulation through conscious breathwork. I specialize in creating simple, effective sessions that help individuals manage stress, find focus, and build emotional resilience — especially within professional environments.

Sessions can be tailored for individuals or groups, and are available both online and in person. You can book a one-time reset session or set up a regular cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — based on your and your team’s needs.
What sets me apart is the combination of deep breathwork expertise with real-world corporate experience. Having spent over a decade in fast-paced tech and media roles, I understand the daily pressures professionals face. My sessions are practical, inclusive, and designed to fit seamlessly into modern work life — with no prior experience needed. Every session is a space to pause, reconnect, and leave feeling more like yourself.

Breathwork and Mindfulness Experiences
At waves, we offer science-backed breathwork and mindfulness experiences designed to improve mental well-being, emotional resilience, and focus — both for individuals and teams.
Our guided breathwork sessions combine conscious breathing techniques with gentle awareness practices to help participants reduce stress, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with calm. Sessions are suitable for all levels, designed to be safe, approachable, and easy to follow, regardless of experience. Participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace, creating a safe and supportive environment for rest and reflection.
You can join waves’ sessions online from anywhere or in-person in Stockholm. All you need is a quiet space, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to slow down. Each session is structured to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mindful integration — creating a safe space to simply be and breathe. Sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes.
Breathwork Classes

Foundation: A class that fits all levels of breathers. The foundation class provides both calmness and energy. Here, you get to experience the effects that breathwork can offer in a mild format as waves. We alter circular connective breathing with breath holds.

Explore: Dive deeper into your breathwork journey and yourself. This is a class with longer periods of circular connective breathing and breath holds. This class gives you the possibility to get to know more layers of yourself. You may wake up afterward with a sense of renewal.
Join us for the Explore session, held every Tuesday in July, and give yourself the space to reconnect and expand.

Restore: When you need to land into yourself after a long day or want to find deep relaxation, this class is the perfect option. We combine different breathing techniques aiming to calm down the body and mind. Let the waves of your breath nourish you.
Join us on Thursdays in July to unwind, soften, and come home to yourself.

Energy: This is a workout for your breathing muscles. You have the chance to give your all to energize your body. We alternate between four waves, with breath holds, helping you to build up into your maximum breathing capacity for a full effect on your body and mind.
Join us on Wednesdays in July to strengthen your breath, recharge your energy, and feel fully alive.

Free discovery call is offered for all services.
Cancellation Policy
1- Participant Cancellations
For 1:1 sessions, company sessions, and mindfulness trainings, participants are asked to inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. This allows us to offer the possibility to reschedule your session for a later date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling on the requested new date, and in such cases, a 50% refund will apply.
2- Coach Cancellations
If there are no bookings, the breathguide reserves the right to cancel the session up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, the breathguide will promptly inform Evera of the cancellation.
