Who am I?

Hi, I’m Vanessa and I am a certified expert for cycle and hormone balance and moved from Berlin to Stockholm.

I worked in the real estate industry for seven years. Unfortunately, I had to experience firsthand how extreme stress can impact my body.

I struggled with digestive issues, irregular cycles, severe PMS and a weakened immune system. Because I didn’t want to simply accept these symptoms, I began to deeply explore my health. That’s how I learned to live in alignment with my cycle, to understand, regulate and balance the root causes of my symptoms in a holistic way. 

Today, I accompany womb-holders on their path to greater body awareness, hormonal balance and a life in harmony with their own cycle.

What is your areas of expertise?

I specialize in menstrual cycle awareness, hormone health, and holistic wellbeing, including support for coming off hormonal contraception, pregnancy preparation, and postpartum care.

My goal is to help womb-holders reconnect with their bodies, understand their natural rhythms, and create more balance in their daily lives.

My services are designed for womb-holders who want to live in alignment with their cycle. This includes anyone looking to ease symptoms, increase energy, or deepen their understanding of their body, as well as womb-holders transitioning off hormonal contraception, planning for pregnancy, or adjusting after childbirth.
This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly space!

What do i offer?

I offer personalized 1:1 Coaching, including 24/7 support between sessions. Clients receive an extended cycle tracker and handouts to guide them throughout their coaching journey.

Together, we explore nutrition, stress management, and routines that support each phase of the cycle, as well as guidance for coming off the pill, preparing for pregnancy, and postpartum care.

My coaching combines education with intuitive reflection, so clients gain practical tools while building greater trust and connection with their bodies.

I will address your individual needs so that the program is tailored to you personally. I support you with topics such as:

  • Creating more structure, self-care, and clarity in everyday life

  • Cycle-related challenges such as PMS, pain, or irregularities

  • Living and working in alignment with your cycle

  • Supporting hormonal balance naturally

  • Adapting nutrition and lifestyle to your cycle

  • Navigating the transition after stopping hormonal contraception

  • Pregnancy and postpartum care

What makes my approach unique?

My training as a Trauma-informed Menstrual Cycle Coach at the Menstrual Coach Academy along with my studies to become an Expert holistic Women’s Health at the Akademie der Naturheilkunde (Academy of Naturopathy) form the solid foundation of my work.

My approach combines evidence-based knowledge with a gentle, body-centered perspective. Every session is  personalized and holistic, focusing on empowerment and long-term wellbeing rather than restriction. I work with both the science of hormones and the wisdom of the womb to create lasting, positive change.
