Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of Evera (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or purchasing coaching sessions, packages, or programs through Evera, you (“Client”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

NOTE: This refund policy is standard refund policy. Please read at each of coach's profile page to find specific cancellation policy.

1. Single Coaching Sessions

1.1. Cancellations with Notice: Clients who cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund.

1.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.

1.3. Less than 24 hours and No-Shows: Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of the scheduled sessions or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation constitutes a no-show and is non-refundable.

 

2. Coaching Packages and Programs

2.1. Initial Refund Period: Clients may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that no sessions within the package or program have been used.

2.2. Partial Refunds: If one or more sessions in a package have been used, Clients may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

2.3. Non-Refundable Period: After fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase, or once a program has commenced, all fees are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

3.1. Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel sessions.

3.2. A session may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to the availability of the coach.

3.3. The new session time must be agreed upon by both the Client and the Coach.

3.4. Sessions may not be rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. In such cases, the session will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show in accordance with Section 1.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1. Evera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant exceptions to this Policy in cases of documented emergencies (including but not limited to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances).

4.2. Any exceptions granted shall not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.

5. Refund Process

5.1. All refund requests must be submitted via info@everacoaching.com.

5.2. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

5.3. Evera shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Client’s bank, payment provider, or other third-party financial institutions.

6. Non-Refundable Services

6.1. The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital resources, downloadable content, or materials accessed through the Platform;

  • Completed coaching sessions;

  • Any services explicitly designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

7. Amendments

7.1. Evera reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.

7.2. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of Evera’s services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
