My coaching style
I'm hands-on and direct. From the first conversation, we're looking at your why and actual situation: your background, your market, what's working and what isn't. I bring structure, but I also bring flexibility — because no two career transitions look the same.
My philosophy
Good coaching starts with reality. I believe in understanding exactly where you are, what the market looks like right now, and what it will actually take to move you forward. At the same time, I've seen too many talented people undersell themselves because they couldn't see what I could see in them. My job is to hold both: the realistic picture and the full picture of what you bring.
What makes me unique
Most career coaches either know the market or know the person. I've spent 15 years doing both. I've sat in the recruiter's chair for tech companies, such as LinkedIn, and the public sector, as EU agencies, and specialised in new market. I also know from personal experience what it feels like in a new country. I've lived and worked in five countries myself, so when a client tells me about the confusion, the self-doubt, and the feeling that their career somehow got lost in the move, I get it. I specialise in spotting transferable skills that clients can't see themselves yet, and turning them into a story that lands with local employers. That combination of market realism, recruiting insight, and lived experience is what I bring to every session.
