Who am I? 

First of all, I am a mom to two amazing souls. I am also a wife and entrepreneur. My name is Dace and I am a licensed personal trainer and founder of Born to be - fitness community for women.

I found my love to exercising after moving to Sweden and realizing the enormous benefits of working out, I started spreading this love to others as well. I want to prove that working out is not a chore, it is actually pretty simple and we are privileged to be able to do it.

What is your area of expertise?

I am working as a woman's strength coach, focusing on strength training, both bodyweight and with equipment. My expertise are short and effective workouts you can do anywhere anytime.

My services are for any women who wants to become stronger and more confident. No matter if you are complete beginner or maybe returning to exercising after pregnancy or if you have been going to the gym from time to time but missing any structure in your workouts - I am going to help you along the way and make sure you stick to the plan this time.

 

What do I offer? 

I offer online coaching in a form of personalized workout plan and continuous follow-up. I have built also an online community Born to be, where you can find workout videos, inspiration, and find like-minded women who are on the same journey as you.

 

What makes my approach unique?

In my coaching focus is not on the visible abs or the number on your scales, but your physical and mental strength. After experiencing the fitness impact during my journey of overcoming depression, I know how crucial is daily movement in our lives. This coaching is not a quick fix you can do in 3 weeks and then forget about it. This is the investment in your future self who is healthy and stronger than ever.

The services are approved for Friskvårdsbidrag.

The sessions can be conducted both in Swedish or English.
